Annual General Meeting 2015
The ITRA is organising its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday March 22nd 2015 from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM in Paris: Marriot Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center.

Trade and association members will be invited to participate in the AGM.
All members of the ITRA may ask to attend the AGM, in person as an observer, subject to available places.

2. Candidacies for the ITRA's Executive Committee
The ITRA is administered by an Executive Committee which is responsible for the controlling and supervising the ITRA's activities. The executive committee meets 3 times a year. This is a voluntary role.
Composition of the committee: 20 members
- 2 founding members
- 1 top athlete
- 17 places reserved for candidates from the institutional and organiser membership categories, in proportion to the number of voices held by each category.
The Executive Committee must be formed with at least one member from each of the 5 continents.
Candidates:
Founding members: any founding member may be a candidate.
Institutional and organiser members: any person occupying a directive, elective or salaried function for an ITRA member can be a candidate.
Note: Candidature is therefore not only restricted to national representatives.
Top athlete members: All athletes who are ITRA sports members and who have a performance index superior or equal to 700 for men and 600 for women can be candidates.

Mode of expression: Members of the Executive Committee are elected by secret ballot at the AGM.
Duration of the mandate: Committee members are elected for 4 years
